HOW SOON CAN I HAVE MY ORDER?
By checking the Average Ship detail of the product
required you can see the standard turnaround for that
product. If the product you require is out of stock an
alternative product at a similar price will be offered
instead.
WHAT IF I NEED IT SOONER?
Many products are available on a quicker turnaround
please check the Express Ship service listed under the
required product. For the fees applied please see page
no. 119-120. Please specify on your order form that you
require an express service otherwise it will be processed
on a standard turnaround.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET AN ORDER
PROCESSED EVEN QUICKER?

IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY I NEED TO
ORDER?
MOQ = Minimum Order Quantity. This is the minimum
amount that can be ordered of a particular product.
AQB = Additional Quantity Breaks. This specifies the
supply quantity breaks possible if ordering more than the
MOQ. These levels are detailed under each product.
HOW DO I SUPPLY MY ARTWORK?
The preferred format for artwork for screen printing/
engraving is vector based eps, Adobe illustrator files.
I DON’T HAVE MY ARTWORK IN THE
CORRECT FORMAT?
We can help you to convert your artwork. Any work
involving typesetting or redrawing of images may incur
additional charges. Please apply for rates on a case by
case basis.
PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES:
When supplying us with your digital artwork we can print
TIFF, Photoshop EPS, PSD, High Resolution JPEG, and
Photoshop PDF formats. Images should be at least 300
dpi (dots per inch) minimum / 600 dpi (dots per inch)
preferred image resolution as the higher the resolution
size of your original image (dots per inch) the better the
final printed results will be.
I NEED THE PRODUCT COLOUR(S) TO BE
EXACT?
CMYK illustrations (brochure photographs) can not be
taken as a completely accurate representation of the
physical product. Product colours can also vary from
batch to batch. If colour matching is important please
request a physical sample and advise this on your
purchase order.
IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE OF THE
PRODUCT - WHAT OTHER CHARGES WILL
APPLY TO MY ORDER?
Each new order incurs an origination charge of £35
(per colour/position for screen printing or engraving)
and £45 (per position for digital direct print). For repeat
orders origination is charged at £25 (per colour/position
for screen printing or engraving) and £45 (per position
for digital direct print). Carriage is charged at £7.50
per carton. Carton quantities are detailed under each
product. VAT is applicable to each order at the standard
rate, currently 23%. If you require gift boxes please see
page no. 43/44 for details. There is a £0.10c fee per item
for inserting the products into the gift boxes.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE MY
ORDER?
We will send you a visual proof and an order
acknowledgment. Your order will proceed to print upon
receipt of your approval of these documents. The
turnaround time starts at this date.
HOW ARE THE GOODS SHIPPED?
The despatch date is the date that the goods leave
our warehouse. Delivery is subcontracted to third
party couriers. 90% of deliveries are received the next
day. However we can not be held responsible for late
deliveries by third party couriers. If your order is time
sensitive, please consider using a same day courier
service. Please apply for rates.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If an order is cancelled after work has begun or stock
has been procured or supplied, the order will be charged
for accordingly.
PRINT QUALITY – LOW COST ITEMS
To deliver maximum value for money for your
promotional product spend, the majority of our low cost
products (cost < €1) are branded on high speed printing
equipment. These automated machines allow us to
offer our customers lower prices whilst still maintaining
a “Commercially Acceptable Print Quality”, which has
a potential “print issue” rate which is limited to 2.5%
across your order. We will issue a credit note for any
“print issue” items that you choose to return, subject to
the 2.5% limit of course.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD
CONSIDER?
Yes – Due to the printing processes we use, our trading
terms stipulate that we may supply a plus or minus
10% supply quantity. All orders are subject to our
