This logo denotes products produced
in Europe and identifies the country of
manufacture.
To respond to the growing demand for
lower cost promotional products, we have
created the “Value” collection ~ to supply
this need. These products, which are
flagged with a “Value Product” logo within
the catalogue are manufactured in the Far
East to a lower specification, this allows
us to make significant savings ~ which we
pass on to you our customers.
Please ensure that the product specification
and the fantastic value that it offers is
acceptable to you in advance of placing
an order, as we cannot accept returns
from the “Value” range. We are happy to
provide samples of the “Value” products
to help you assess the product.
This logo denotes that this product is
made from recycled material.
LOGO PRINT COLOURS
This number denotes the maximum
number of spot Pantone colours which
can be printed on the particular product.
Please note that certain logos/artwork
may not be suited to the printing process
for a particular product (e.g. thin lines or
tones), for this reason it is important for
us to view your logo prior to you making a
final decision on product selection.
This logo denotes that this product is
printed using Digital Direct Process.
REFILL COLOUR
The colour listed denotes the standard
refill colour for the relevant product.
It may well be possible to source an
alternative refill colour, however this often
requires longer lead times and higher
order quantities (often 10,000+ pcs).
AVERAGE SHIP
Ship time 2-3 Weeks
Average ship time means the average
amount of time to produce your order
from receipt of your approved order
acknowledgement and artwork, subject
to stock availability. We reserve the right
to offer an alternative product at a similar
price if there is a stock shortage. Please
add 2-3 days for transit.
EXPRESS SHIP
Express ship, calculated in working days
(excluding bank holidays) means the
amount of time to produce a maximum of
2,000 pieces (pens) with a single colour
print in one position (please enquire for
multi-coloured printing), from receipt of
your approved order acknowledgement
and artwork, subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to offer an alternative
product at a similar price if there is a
stock shortage. Customers can choose
the express service featured or an
express service with a longer lead time
(where “5 Day” express is featured,
customers may prefer to select the less
expensive “7 Day” service). Please add
2-3 Days for transit.
LASER FINISH
We describe the various laser finishes
as Chrome Effect, Charcoal Effect, Gold
Tone or Grey Tone. Please be aware that
the effect or tone achieved may vary from
product to product. The colour shown in
the catalogue is for visual purposes only.
PRODUCT & ENGRAVING
COLOURS
Product and engraving colours featured
may vary from actual product supplied.
Engraved logo colours vary because
of the divergence of raw materials and
inconsistencies in the finishing methods
used in the manufacturing process.
Product colours are representative only
and may not be a true reflection of the
actual product. Where consistency of
product colour is important to you, kindly
highlight this on your purchase order,
having queried the relevant manufacturer
we will revert to you with samples and
advice
PRINT PROCESS: XEROX
DIGITAL PRINT
With the intention of providing the best
value for money, the inserts created by
this print process are “digitally printed”
on mid price level (approx €20K) digital
colour printing equipment, because of
this Pantone matching is not possible
and there are no warranties on colour
consistency. Customers who prioritise
Pantone matching and colour consistency
should consider opting for “litho printed”
paper inserts, pricing available upon
request, lead times of 3-4 weeks apply
and the MOQ is 1,000 pieces.
SCREEN PRINTING COLOURS
The most accurate colour matches
can be achieved when PantoneTM
references are provided and the surface
being printed is white. In the absence
of Pantone TM references, a colour
swatch or previously printed sample is
acceptable but colour matches are less
accurate in this case. It is not possible to
produce accurate colour matches on any
surface that is not white. Surface colour
always influences the printed colour and it
is advisable to order a printed proof if the
colour match is critical, (Fee Applicable).
As a general rule, orders for bright colours
to be printed onto dark surface will be
the least accurate, e.g. White printed
onto black will appear dark grey and all
basic PantoneTM colours and all central
PantoneTM colours will appear very dull
when printed on black or coloured surfaces.
Metallic inks (gold and silver) have a
reduced life due to their formulation.
LOGOS AND IMAGES
The logos and imprints featured in the
catalogue are for illustration only. The
presence of a company logo on the
product in no way suggests that the
company endorses the product or other
products offered in the catalogue. The
products are not necessarily to scale,
some have been amended in size to
illustrate detail.
PRICING
Where prices are shown for printed
product, this includes a print in one
position/location on the product, using
the stated branding method. Additional
fess apply for branding in extra positions
or extra/different branding methods.
