EXPRESS SHIP SERVICE TERMS:
ARTWORK:
Approved colour separated artwork must be made available immediately in one of the following formats…
vector-based eps, adobe illustrator.ai (version CS6) or Corel Draw (version 14), all fonts must be converted to curves / outlines.
MAXIMUM QUANTITY:
Express Service is subject to a maximum of quantity per type, printed one colour
(please check with us to see if additional printing capacity is available for higher quantities)
MAXIMUM LOGO COLOURS:
Express Service is subject to a maximum of a one print colour
(please check with us to see if there is capacity availability for multi-colour printing)
PURCHASE ORDER:
The required “ ? Day Ship Service” must be highlighted on your PO, so that we can reserve printing capacity in advance.
SHIP DATE:
Countdown starts from our receipt of your approval of the “order acknowledgement and artwork”. Allow an additional 2-3 days for transit.
SHIP DAYS:
Ship Days are calculated in working days (excludes weekend days and bank holidays)
AMENDMENTS:
Amendments to job following receipt of your order approval, will result in the ship date being pushed out accordingly.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY:
All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to offer an alternative product at a similar price if chosen stock item is unavailable.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Express Ship Service may be seriously curtailed in Oct & Nov (peak trading period)
REMEMBER!
You will need to add an additional number of days to the stated ship days, to allow for
(a) the process of agreeing artwork and agreeing product specifications and (b) transit of goods.
